My body and mind thank you for your inspiration.

Mel, I wanted to mention how much I appreciate you and your yoga class.  Since meeting you just less than 2 years ago, I have been inspired to get out of bed early for yoga with you almost every week.  That inspiration has carried over to getting my ass out of bed to also get to the rec center and cross country skiing.  My body thanks you for that inspiration.  My mind thanks you as well.  At 6:30am I am not functioning at a high enough level to communicate much, let alone communicating my appreciation.  

Keep up the great teaching, mindful encouragement, and your positive outlook on everything.
