    Seasonal information

    We are traveling to Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. We are traveling during the dry season, which is the safest time to travel to these locations.  

    Weather information

    We are at high altitude in the mountains on this retreat. During the day, it is around 65-70 degrees Fahrenheit, and it goes down to about 40 degrees Fahrenheit at night. Most days are sunny or at least partly sunny!

Enjoy incredibly fresh meals prepared by an on-site chef.  Ignite your day with an uplifting, moderate to powerful 1.5 to 2-hour Vinyasa in the morning and surrender in the evening with a 1-hour restorative practice.
